SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking information.

SHIPPING DELAYS

SafeWatch Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • weather or natural events

  • customs processing

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

SafeWatch Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be re-shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
